I have bought other stuff (not semiconductors) from electronics salon and had no issues. Can't vouch for the quality of the parts though, even if all the listings say "genuine parts".

2SK1058 N FET 160V 7A 100W by Hit Loty of 5 | eBay
I did purchased from him several time (semis) and I was very satisfied with.
These are orig Hit. at least..

I had the chance to compare the Hitachi lateral and original Renesans lateral in the same circuit.
I made a A-B test and to me the Hitachi outperformed the Renesans clear margine.
I say the Renesans is orig because it was purchased from MCM Electronics from USA.
That extra $ on the FET worth that investment to get that sound improvement I heard.
Also Rod Elliott on his ESP site wrote about the Renesans mosfet quality, not to say Ebay full with counterfeit chips.
