XLR 4pin to 3 pin male adapter

Since there is no standard on this type of connection, you will have to make your own or have someone build it for you. An XLR connector is a couple of bucks. Use 22AWG mic cable like Belden 8451 or a more sturdy rubber jacketed version of it- I forget the number. It's on Belden's site.
What are you trying to interface?
 
The XLR 4 is standard in the broadcast industry for 12 VDC power supply connections. Be careful if your equipment is likely to ever be used in any mixed environments where you are not 100% sure of the other interfaces.

The connectors, Neutrik or otherwise can be sourced form lots of places like Parts Express and Markertek.

Like Thunau was saying, you are likely going to have to engineer the adapter yourself going pin for pin from each connector to the next.

Are there separate XLR-4 for the left and right channel, or does the pre-amp use one connection for both left and right channels?
