SPICE models for BCF53 and BCF56 wanted. Brand Philips. Have searched but find anything.
I thought I would simulate my diamond buffer

Can't find ANY info on these transistors.
Not even that they exist. I can get you models for the BCF29,30,32,33,70 /Hugo |

Sorry, I ment BCP53 and BCP56
