Found: source for cheap ladder attenuators

Hi,

I learned of an individual in Taipei selling 23 position ladder attenuators with Vishay RN60Ds for 50USD, or 60USD for a pair of monos. He will do custom jobs as well.

Could you do a little translation?
It looks like there is a 10K and a 100K version, and maybe its 368 for a kit and 980 assembled, but not sure what currency it is?
