I was looking through the Farnell catalogue (UK), and discovered that there is a 3A 40V Schottky diode:
706-644 selling at: (UK Pounds) 5 off: 0.096 each 100 off 0.088 each That is about 1/10 of the RS price! Yesterday I queried the price with them; they said it was correct, so I ordered 100. Today I received them, and they're fine. ![]() Enjoy, while it lasts
