does anyone know who makes the drivers for bowers and wilkins? im trying to build my own speakers and i have four dayton rs100-8's but im making some money now and i might want to spend a little more money on something a bit nicer and i thought if i could find out who makes b&w drivers that would be a nice build.

Their midranges are rather nice and offer a wide usable bandwidth, as opposed to other modern midranges that offer wide bandwidth but with the caveat of energy storage problems. Prices are about $220-340 each from the US distributor, last time I checked. Toutlehautparleur.com carries most of Davis Acoustics' drivers, and they have their own French yellow kevlar midrange, named the 17GKLV6. I don't think many people on the net have tried them.
