Can anyone recommend a complimentary pair of SMT jfets for F5

Can anyone recommend a complimentary pair of SMT jfets that will work for the F5 and other projects? Is there anything out there that can compare with the 2sk170 and 2sj74 in SMT form?

MMBF5460 and MMBF5457 -- put 2 or 4 in parallel-- noise goes down and gm goes up.

Thank you very much!!! Is there any reason that one couldn't physically stack multiple devices and solder on leads, thus converting them into through-hole devices? Seems simple enough. I suppose it might be difficult to thermally equalize/stabilize them.

The SMT devices do have to dissipate some heat -- see the SOA chart at the end of the datasheet. You will have some issues if it's over 200 mW so they are better laid out with this in mind.

Dr. Marsh uses the through-hole version of these transistors in his headphone amplifier, and they are more than adequate.
