$1 shippiing, no minimum, at Arrow till 11/30/12
I just received an email that Arrow is offering "free" shipping ($1 "energy" fee) though November 30th, 2012 with no minimum order for people who don't have a myArrow account. Details are on their website - I could only get the free ship info to display correctly with IE and not Firefox:
Product of the Day | Arrow Electronics Americas Components I'm not affiliated with them in any way. Just a guy who buys lots of semiconductors.  Arrow and Avnet Express usually have semiconductors for less than Digikey and Mouser.
