Transistor pin-layout needed
Hi everyone,
I got hold of a handful of power transistors, but don't have a data-sheet for them. Therefore I hope somebody in here can help... They should be complementary pairs, BDV64B and BDV65B Hopefully this makes sense to you guys ;-) Best Regards, Jennice
