What brand are these caps

Can someone help to identify these blue caps both big and small, what brand are they and what is the value for the small blus one?

big: 2.2uF
small: 220nF

The small blue caps look like they might be Philips - the periwinkle blue is a clue. The big ones are Siemens/Matsushita.
