I know of Illinois capacitors:
Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors | Radial Lead | Axial Lead | Lytic | Low ESR | High Frequency
And Dubilier:
Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors - Capacitors by Dielectric - CDE.com

Don't know if they are the only left

I have some large screw terminal type Panasonics with 'made in USA' on them. I have some Dubilier's that are made in Asia. Doesn't seem to follow manufacturer's maiden country as to where they produce. Guess it's all up to how cheap they can manufacture the components that decides country of origin.

I got one package of large Panasonic electrolytic caps Made in USA 2 years ago. Many others are oriental. I've bought several CDE's recently, they were all oriental. I've bought a couple of Sprague tube voltage ones from t&m or triodeelec, they had no country of origin marked. The Illinois film caps I bought were korean, haven't bought any electrolytics from them.
FP aluminum can caps with the ground tabs advertise they are made on the Mallory equipment, They are in tube voltages. CP Manufacturing aluminum can caps with tabs for tubes also don't have a country of origin marked or on the packaging from T&M or Triode.

Every united chemi-con cap I have received has been Chinese in origin. I've been re-e-capping organs and hifi amps lately, have bought well over 150 e-caps the last couple of years. I buy surplus transistors wire, film caps, and transformers to get US made, but no surplus e-caps for me. Rubber seals deteriorate sitting on the shelf.

Thanks, guys!

But it seems not even Illinois Capacitor is making much of anything in Illinois anymore.

Gonna check this week and see if Panasonic might still be making them in Japan.

What do you mean exactly, counterfeits? Your statement below is rather confusing
