I have a pair of Canton GL210 bookshelf speakers that could use new caps in the crossover. I looked all over the internet but could not find a value for the following Elko Glatt caps:
2801
3690
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Tom

My DVM's don't have that function (nor do my VTVM's LOL), but I have a rebuilt Sprague TO-4 Tel-Ohmike which is remarkably accurate, but don't trust measuring an old cap and getting the correct value for what the cap was 20 years ago.
Please advise if there are any DVM's that can measure cap leakage at full rated voltages (well, up to 600vdc for the TO-4); then I'll think about upgrading to a newer DVM. Until then the DVM is for household electrical work and the HP 410B is for electronics.
