I have a rotary selector switch... not sure how to connect it together though.
It has 2 plastic discs the front one has 6 tabs on it and the back one has 12 tabs. Anybody got any ideas on how to wire it up. tried searching the net but only marks on switch are R-S ENG and Part no.1201082. |

Picture ?
Also what are you trying to achieve with it ? How many inputs etc to switch. Have you tried using a DVM (ohms) to identify the connections and poles. Should be pretty straightforward.

got it sorted... its a single connector on front plate and 12 inputs on back... shame, i wanted it as a audio input selector but i think it will only do 1 channel.
