Hi, I was wondering if somebody can help me ID this crossover Component.

it has MF3.0K2E
D.M.E

Written on it, am I correct in assuming its a 3uF Metallic film capacitor.?

Its the yellow cube in the attached image.

Its the crossover circuit in some old Sherwood ISP 9000 speakers.
