Default What kind of resistor is it?

I can't find any specs. Seems to me it is non-inductive resistor, right? Made of glass with some rubber cover. 10 x 10 mm in sizeClick the image to open in full size.

Many technologies are susceptible to adopt that kind of form factor.
You might first think of thin or thick film, pure metal foil and other high end products, but practically all types have at one time or another been packaged that way: in the sixties/seventies, there were carbon composition resistors for ultra-miniature equipment made like that except they used color code for marking, but some series could also have been marked typographically.

Removed the rubber coating. It is metal stripes on glass.
