DIY IC cable kit supply, please help

Hi

Having read some threads about DIY Interconnect cable, I am looking for :

-Some pure silver and gold conductor (solid single core) size say 28 or 30 AWG
- Eichmann connector
-Teflon tubing size 8 awg
-audio silver solder

Any one who used to build a DIY IC cable, please advice where to buy the kit.
