At the max sensitivity (20mV/div), the oscilloscope trace looks noisy, but I am not sure about the origin of the noise, and the internal Fourier transform is unable to make something of it.
And I don't want to put the input of a good, sensitive spectrum analyzer anywhere near the 250+ volts....
