2st5949 needed

hi!

I'm chasing some st microelectronics 2st5949 transistors, does anybody have some for sale? my supplier (rs components) won't have them till july. I'm after 7 but will settle for 4 or 1. Or does anybody know who sells small amounts?

Hi All - I realize this is late but are any more 2ST5949's available and/or wanted? I was looking at a one time volume buy (100-200). I also found a way to install TO247's in a TO3 location. Try a MJL1302 PNP or a MJL3281 NPN for similar specs in a TO 247. BRUNNER@IEEE.ORG
