Paper/beeswax capacitor and heat

I have some Jupiter capacitors (paper and beeswax if I am not mistaken) that is touching some 1" tall TO-220 heat sinks.

The heat sinks are attached to some BJT which are the output transistor for a headphone amplifier (SOHA II).

Granted, most of the time the amp is probably only outputting a fraction of a watt (and most likely class A), should I be worried?

Thanks. :)
