Differential Probes
Hi,
For measuring on a half bridge Fet output switching on 400kHz I am looking for a differential probe, but they are quit costly. Does anybody has build such a probe? I know a version with an AD830 and an AD844, but I like to have a SMD version, to create a very smalle differential probe. Thanks in advance! Regards, Jan-Peter |
