I suggest that you get a ready made probe. Very hard to do a good probe by yourself.
But thing thing is: At the tip 9 Mohms and stray cap of 3-5 pF (or maybe added) plus 1 Mohms at the input plus cable capaciantce of 9 times more than what it is at the tip. You want voltage division of 10 at all frequencies.
:: By a cheap 10x probe for your oscilloscope, and don't forget to calibrate it (trimmer at the probe contact)
