I am looking to buy two 2SD669A transistors. I can't find any North American suppliers, so if you know of any and could let me know, please do so. If you have any spares of your own I'd be glad to buy them from you. Thanks!

I am not affiliated with these folks, but believe they deal honestly. Have purchased some Sanken product and been very satisfied. Good luck.

B&D also shows them in stock. I have had good results buying Sanken and others from them in the past. No fakes so far.

Scratch that. NTE373 is an exact clone with exact same specs. $2 at Mouser. Shame newark doesn't have them in stock as that is where I need to buy my other parts.

Yet they want nearly $10 for shipping. I could mail these for 47c by sticking them in an envelope with a stamp, but they seem to be more keen on wasting peoples' money with unnecessary shipping (just a little rant, but I've never understood the shipping methods of large parts suppliers, except that not using stamps allows for automation of their services). I have to order other components that they don't have so even paying more than double at Mouser I still save money due to shipping.

Totally agree about the shipping & "handling" charges from many suppliers. just thought you needed Japanese product.
Cheers, Terry
