What's wrong with buying from Mouser or Digikey? Apex is definitely cheaper, though.

For future reference... They will sell to an individual. That individual must have a tax ID though.
They are selling the wire wholesale, so it is up to the "reseller"/retailer to pay the applicable sales tax.

Why would you want that? Copper conducts much better and is way cheaper.

I'm not going to get into an argument with you cause I really dont care but I will say that I have heard the difference and it is well worth the extra cost. If you havent heard back to back comparisons I urge you to try it.
