I saw alot of post, and i know that it is hard to obtain sanyo's spice mode, but hope someone have it
I'm finding the following complementary spice model : 2SA1707 (More specify is 2SA1707S-AN) 2SC4487 (More specify is 2SC4487S-AN) I heard there is technique to extract spice model from datasheet, is it reliable ? |
