Default 2SA1707/2SC4487: SANYO BJT SPICE MODEL ?

I saw alot of post, and i know that it is hard to obtain sanyo's spice mode, but hope someone have it

I'm finding the following complementary spice model :
2SA1707 (More specify is 2SA1707S-AN)
2SC4487 (More specify is 2SC4487S-AN)

I heard there is technique to extract spice model from datasheet, is it reliable ?
