Default SATA or SCSI

Well im not having any luck selling my g4 1gig apple tower so i thought that i would supe it up.

Im trying to find the right card either a sata card or a scsi card.

I can get either hard drives on ebay. or brand new at cost. but im unsure of the card that i need that will work with the mac.

any one know what i need or can help..
