I'm trying to identify 2 smd components from a 2203 picoscope board. They are both SOT-23-5 packages, they may be regulators.
The markings are: LF9 PGT1 Anyone know what these are? Thanks! |

For the LF9 SOT-23-5 I have found this:
a) XC6219 Series High Speed LDO Regulators, Low ESR Cap. Compatible, ON/OFF Switch b) XC9236-C09-DMR (XC9235/XC9236/XC9237Series) 600mA Driver Tr. Built-In, Synchronous Step-Down DC/DC Converters |
