Identifying 2 smd components

I'm trying to identify 2 smd components from a 2203 picoscope board. They are both SOT-23-5 packages, they may be regulators.

The markings are:

LF9
PGT1

Anyone know what these are?

Thanks for the headsup. Unfortunately I can't find the two mentioned codes in there. I've been searching a couple of those, but without finding anything :-(

For the LF9 SOT-23-5 I have found this:
