I'm trying to repair the output of a signal generator, but I can't figure out the component names/ID
There's 4 components in question, with the following markings (followed by package format) L0TB - sot25 A45A - sot25 WV4 - sot23 R1A - sot23 There's a picture of the part of the board containing the 4 components here: smd.jpg - File Shared from Box - Free Online File Storage I'm afraid the quality isn't too good, but the markings are as above. Can anyone identify these for me? I've tried a couple of lists, but I can't seem to find anything that makes sense :-( Thanks! |

R1A - MMST3904 (Onsemi) AKA 2N3904
WV4 - BAT54S (double diode, Schottky) A45A - LM8261 (rail to rail, high output current opamp, National) L0TB - Not sure, could be LP2985IM5-4.0, a 4V LDO voltage regulator with shutdown (also National). Last edited by Waly; 5th January 2012 at 07:16 PM. |
