Rotel 1062 parts/service manual

My Rotel 1062 stopped working in standby, nothing playing, just was dead in the morning.

It keeps blowing the fuses F603 and F604 when I switch it on. They blow immediately no speaker or input attached.

Any chance getting the service manual?

Try emailing Rotel. They've sent me the technical (service) manuals for a couple of pieces of equipment at no charge (pdf file).

Got the service manual but can't figure out what is wrong. The fuses which blow are directly connected to the output of the transformer. Thought it is the rectifier or the relay but not.... What can blow without the amp actually amplifying anything? Any help appreciated.
