I am building an amp that's going to go into an aluminum enclosure with a silver front panel. I have found nice silver knob for the volume but can't find suitable silver push button switch for the power. I do not want the toggle switch as it looks too industrial. I am looking for something like this:
push button Unfortunately, all the switches similar to the one linked above were momentary switches. Any ideas where to get SPST or SPDT switches like that? It doesn't have to have a LED. Thanks. |

Thanks Jeffrey. I will bookmark those links for future use. For the amp I am assembling now, I have decided to put the switch in the back. But the buttons you have linked to are exactly what I was looking for.

There's plenty listed on eb*y from HK sellers, they're just a little hard to search for.
Here is a US source if you don't mind paying a little more..... 16mm Latching Bulgin Switches | Page 1 | Sort By: Product Title A-Z - FrozenCPU.com * 22mm-Latching Bulgin Style Switches | Page 1 | Sort By: Product Title A-Z - FrozenCPU.com * I've bought a couple from them before and their service was good.

Might be the one you are after, but it will probably double the cost once you add in shipping

And a momentary switch could be made into latching with a pretty basic litttle toggle circuit. The button circuit would control a relay or something.

Not wishing to hijack your thread or anything but I am also looking for metal push buttons (or metal cased buttons) to fit this kind of switch. They have a shaft approx. 0.125" square.
TIA... |
