Default 2SA1986/2SC5358 distributor

Any idea where will I find a distributor of Toshiba's 2SA1986/2SC5358 transistors ?
One of them is Kashinoki in Japan (the prices are so-so), probably Peacock from Singapore (is it really a legit company ? the web page looks shoddy) will be able to help me, but the question is - is all of their stuff genuine ? Pacificsem - seriously ? The stock list looks pathetic.
Is there any other company that could provide me transistors straight from the reel ?
