Foil Resistors - History Help Here?

Hit the ol electronics parts store today.
Got 88 resistors. 1/3 of them S102 and 2/3 are TRW and IRC. Are the TRW and IRC Foils as well?

Look at it this way: I do tubes, so I'm after different parts than you are.

The Texas Components is the only foil one, others are different construction.

Even funnier, IRC merged with TRW in the '60s.
When TRW was sold, the IRC part was split off again.

Noticed the resemblance of the '82 TRW and the '88 IRC parts ?
