Default need a 5w r1j

need what i believe is a transsitor.small whit block with 5w r1j. cant find it locally. can someone decipher the numbers and where to get on

I think what you have is a 5 watt 0.1 ohm ceramic/cement power resistor. Electronic parts suppliers will have them.

Does it LOOK like these?
