Philips BD139 - original?

Hello,

I bought Philips BD139 transistors few day ago.
I;m not sure that they are oryginal, but seller ( US ) told me that they re very old Philips part ( DATE CODE IS: 9701 ).
The case has the same color as is in original philips parts, hfE is linear in each transisitor about 135-136, only inscription is different. Someone could tell me something about this philips BD139 ( its original or not

Yeah, originals from 1st week of 1977. The case is typical of that period, with the gray silicone molding material.

If the leads are easy to bend and the case is grey, they're probably genuine. Even when being careful handling this type of Philips transistor, the leads end up slightly bent, just like in your photo. I'd say they're real.
See also my comment and photo here: My Transistors, original or copy?. Both transistors were handled the same way (by me), yet the Motorola's leads didn't end up nearly as bent as the Philips's leads.

Just take photos of my other Philips tranzistors BD137-10/138/139/140/140-10/139-16 and BD139-16 ST.
BD138, BD137, BD139 from 1st post and BD139-16 leads are very easy to bend and BD138 + BD137 + BD139 ( 1st post ) have the most grey? cases that others?. BD139 and BD140 hv hard to bend but still much easier than BD139-16 form ST. Some pictures:
