Hi,
I've just found a couple of these in a box of parts I bought. Both new in packaging. Anyone with a data sheet in English ? Or anyone know what they are or can be used for ? I was hoping to build a Pass amp? Andy .

Even though you have the data sheet, part numbers with 2SK, or 2SJ are MOSFETS, or FETS. One is an N Channel, and one is a P channel.
