If the power voltage is below 60V.can I match 2sc2545 with 2sa1085? Are there any new devices to replace 2sc2547? Thanks!

The 2SC2547 is a very good replacment for your orginal, VCbo=120,VCeo=120,Vbeo=5,Ic=100ma,Ie=-100ma,Pc=400. Can't go wrong with a higher rated device unless it's much slower or much faster than the orginal. Always make sure pinout is same and not NTE,ECG unless you want to do the repair over.
