Default Trimming Snap In Leads

Apexjr has some caps I need, but I'd have to trim off 2 of the 4 snap-in leads. I've tried to snip these off before and remember them being pretty tough. Has anyone been able to dremel these off a cap? I don't have a test subject at hand.
