I purchased one from Jaycar but can't bring myself to use it it's a piece of crap, I usually glaze over when I go on the RS components web site, too much to choose from & often not enough info. I will have a look though, thanks.

Oh Jeez. i spent, literaly 4 hours trying to order parts for a pre-amp. I forgot the resistors, i will get them from WES. The RS stock is huge but its a nightmare to order. I guess it gets easier as you go along. If they could seperate UK and IN stock, that. would help. Pity u were'nt closer

Hey DQ828, others around the site have suggested using the switches from 4 port printer switches. I would bet you could find a used one at a second hand store it good shape.

I bought one these from Broskie (the Aikido guy).
Stereo selector switch If you don't need more than 3 inputs, this might do? It switches both the + and ground lines, so if you wish to keep the grounds separate, this work great. Last edited by palmito; 13th June 2011 at 01:47 AM. Reason: Typo |

There's a seller on Ebay that has a pile of NOS Russian military rotary switches for really cheap prices. They are ceramic with silver double contacts, but they are pretty large. Superb quality and very rugged. I bought a box full.
Best, Bill |
