Russian FT-3 capacitors outer foil?

Who knows wich one is the outer foil in Russian FT-3 caps, is where I marked the value or the other side?

I have tried identifying the outer foil with my scope, and have not been successful. Works very well for other film caps, just not the FT-3, FT-1, or K40Y. The outer casing likely shields the effect; hence you will likely not realize a difference when inserted into your circuit.

I have also not noticed a difference with the cases grounded or floating.

I am now prepared to experiment with two FT-1 caps on my phonos.... Have you tryed those ?

What about it´s outer foil ? Is it important ?
