Default Audiocom experience

Dear friends,

Lately i ordered 2 superclocks and a few superregulators from audiocom.
I was very disappointed with them, hear my story....
First of all when i ordered the goods, everything seems to be on stock so i paid.
I promised my costumer i will modify his stuff within one month.
After many times sending them mail cause no news, they said sorry there is delay and we will send it soon.
On the website they said the clocks are switchable between 5 and 3.3volts.
After begging a lot and paid a lot of money, they sended the clocks and promised to send the regulators later.
The clocks didnt come with any documentation or papers!
I sended a mail again requesting how to change to clocks to 3.3v.
They said "you have to change a smd resistor on the board" , this means
switchable? do you want us to send the resistors with the mail?
Yes please, i said, why not send them with the clocks if you sell them for
3.3 and 5 volts!?
Also when the regulators arrived there was no clue what voltage they were on, i ordered both 3.3 and 5 volts.
A very bad experience for a lot of money, even they said sorry!
If you consider i paid almost 500 euro for 2 clocks and 2 regulators, the packing was very very bad, not even antistatic and i waited much too long,
this company lost me for ever! Just wanted to share with you.

I must add a bad experience with Audiocom. I ordered some wire more than year ago. I realized they didn't have the wire in stock at all and probably couldn't restock. I've asked for a refund of my money (60 €) three times, they have responded to my emails quickly, but never refunded a penny. I've given up.

Don't buy from Audiocom uk!
