BZV55-C3V3 through-hole equivalent?

hey all-

I found a circuit for a noise gate from Siolnex (Silonex inc: Audiohm optocouplers: Expander / Noise Gate circuit : Fig 1) but found that I need to replace several components:

the BZ55-C3V3 zener diode
the 2SC2240 transistor
and the BZV66-2V0

All of the components are in the control voltage circuit, so would it be possible to replace these with standard components?

also, how doable is the circuit in general? It has all the controls I need, but I'd have to be able to make 32 of them

the BZ55-C3V3 zener diode ...the through hole version of this?

I think it's BZX55-C3V3 2% 3.3V zener but I think you can use standard 5%
type if you don't mind like BZX85 or other brands.
