If yoy know the sectional area of the core you can use these correlations for standard EI cores to find the power capacity:

One primary/one secondary: 0,9*Sectionalarea = 7.5*sqrt(Pout/freq)

Two primaries/one sec or vice versa multiply Pout by 1.25;

Two primaries/two sec: multiply Pout by 1.5.

Sectional area must be cm2.

Actually the max VA, if you have the transf. done, depends heavilly on the wire area too. The temperature rising would be a very good point to analyse the power capacity more precisely.
