IMO no big difference.
How about a standard value 220uF that measures at the low side of its tolerance?
I am currently using a 150uf np and a 65uf np in parallel. I was just wondering if audio acted differently than RF.
Yes, audio is usually simpler than RF. Problems are only likely to arise if the capacitors are very different in value and very low ESR; then you might get a resonance.
Given normal manufacturing tolerances, I would just use a 220uF - perhaps selected if you are really fussy.
