I am looking for some 8-conductor wire (cable) to extend a car audio head unit's speaker-output harness. Proper color-coding (Green, White, Purple and Gray with respective black stripes) would be ideal. Flat ribbon cable would be divine! Anything from 16 AWG to 20 AWG should suffice, since I'm only pushing 17W RMS per channel.

for odd bits of wire in the US, check electronicsurplus.com in Buffalo or Apexelectronic.com in LA. The shipping will be $10 post office, so check out some other things you might need also, like plugs, fuses, or resistors.
