hey there,
my name is tommy, i'm from germany. i'm new to this community. i'm building an audio interface (with the AK5394A). there's an evaluation board (take a look at this PDF, page 27) which show some caps in series prior to the last opamp stage (C19, C22, C23, C26). i read some articles about caps in a signal path in series and how strongly they can influence the sound, but i'm really wondering which caps i should use. what do you guys suggest? what would you take? there are so many opinions out there... need some advice. thanks a lot in advance! tommy |

Use a high quality electrolytic such as Nichicon FG or MUSE or something from Jensen and you'll be fine.
