Default Wharfedale evp-x12p fuse

I need to replace the glass fuse in the above speaker, does anyone know what fuse this is? It doesn't have any markings on it and since removing it I've (rather stupidly) lost it.
Help!!

For 110-120V this should be slow blow 6.3A rated for 125V
For 220-240V this should be slow blow 3.15A rated for 250V
