Default where to source a 12v monitor?

firstly i am not a elec. whiz.
I have an older underwater fish camera with a b+w monitor that is only 3"x3". I want to upgrade the monitor to about a 6" or 7".
Where can i find an inexpensive monitor like this? Will any monitor work or does it have to be 12v? thanks

try Ebay for "6" inch LCD TFT Color Monitor "
you need one with composite input usually an this is an RCA input connector

Many about, a colour one will be fine on a B/W video camera.
I'm assuming the camera lead terminates in an rca jack and you could attach this to an RCA input on a TV and view the image

I am asuming the existing monitor is not in with the fish (Fish TV?), i would look at portable DVD players (often on sale for <$70) with a video in, if your camera has NTSC video out. E
