Many Thanks for your reply, Is that not Leicester I have been a student of Roman Britain for many years. I would be most grateful for the names of surpliers. I have a pair of power AMP board's which I purchased from Hart just before they ceased trading. I have been running this since the 1990's and am very pleased with the sound. But my soldering in those days was a disgrace. So I have decided to do a better job of construction.
Many thanks Martin |

hi Martin
your right about the location. these guys are excelent for semi conductors, particular Japanese devices electronic component suppliers and distributors, Nikko Electronics for semiconductors, transistors, capacitors all major brands of spare and replacement parts very good for some parts, resonable prices on resistors, transistors and film capacitors however they dont stock high quality electro caps. http://www.rapidonline.com/ very good range of high quality electro caps and everything else RS Components | Electronic and Electrical Components and Farnell United Kingdom | world-leading distributor of electronic and maintenance, repair and operations products. hope this helps, good luck
