Default Hysteresis synchronous motors - circuit required

Can anyone please post a wiring diagram of a hysteresis synchronous motor for use with 1Ph AC supply?

It's not from an audio related machine, however, I have a 12 pole motor, with four wires coming out of it, along with a capacitor of 1.25uF, and I have strong suspicions it is an hysteresis synchronous motor.

You audio guys might know about the motors I think. Thanks.
