Is there any indication of the power rating of this power resistor (the White one)

As long as you keep it below 4 watts, just fine. (rim shot)

The 4 is a hint, and googling the model number is the confirmation.

I would have thought by looking it was 5 Watt but just for giggles
I did google the part number and it is for sure 4 Watts...

I learned something.
